I think we should celebrate by making one of these delicious recipes with bacon! We served our pork chops with baked potato and a green salad. And not to mention the fact that there is plenty of bacon to enjoy along with the pork chops. These pork chops were perfectly tender and the sauce was so good I could drink it. BUT that has changed with this recipe for slow cooker smothered pork chops. Most of the time I could take or leave pork chops. Once the pork chops have been removed from the oven, increase the oven temperature to 400F and cook for a little longer until the vegetables begin to caramelize around the edges.Slow Cooker Smothered Pork Chops with Bacon–the best slow cooker pork chops recipe ever! Remove the pork chops and set aside to rest. Once seared add the pork chops to the oven and set the timer for 8 minutes.
